Easy DIY Mochi Bread
(It can be used as a snack when ready)

If you don't know how to do it, it's super simple and delicious. Baked crispy outside and soft mochi inside. I added the lotus paste filling by myself (also purchased from Yamibuy.com). I really like that this filling doesn’t have to be made by myself, and it’s not very sweet. The sweetness is just right. It is recommended that I stock up on several packets. Buy one get one free.
The first success is the same as the picture on the package... Haha... Our family likes it. Those who don't like to bite hard bread may not like it very much. The outer skin will be a little harder!

简单DIY麻薯面包

买了很久了，懒拖延做（以致都找不到购物清单加标签）
好在日期长想起什么时候想吃什么时候做
不做不知道动手超简单又好吃，烤好外酥里面软麻薯。里面的莲蓉馅我自己另外添加（也是购于亚米网的莲蓉馅）很喜欢这个内陷不用自己做，而且不是那种非常甜的，甜度刚好很推荐我一下囤了好几包上次惊喜买一送一。
第一次就成功是不是和包装图片一样啊…哈哈…我们一家都喜欢，牙口不好不喜欢咬硬面包的可能不太喜欢，外皮会有一点硬度噢！
