Attention!

🐔Fried Chicken!

自制超美味咖喱咸酥鸡饭!
我超级爱吃咸酥鸡,常在家炸来吃。
可是咸酥鸡配饭又好像干了一点。
于是......
当咸酥鸡偶遇日式咖喱
简直就是完美!
没吃过赶紧来试试看吧!
🐔腌鸡肉!
把鸡胸肉或者鸡腿肉切块,标准做饭是用鸡胸肉,但我
比较爱买鸡腿肉,吃起来嫩一点。
腌料:加入盐,糖,胡椒粉,蒜蓉,姜蓉,葱末,米
酒,生抽,老抽。
拌匀腌制30分钟。
🐔裹粉!
最标准地道的做法是用红薯粉。
没有红薯粉也可以用面粉混太白粉,或者面包糠代替
通常我是把红薯粉倒到盘里,然后一块块鸡放进去翻
滚,不过这样实在太花功夫,太费时间。
省事的话可以把粉直接倒腌好的鸡肉里拌就好。
注意了!
一定要让粉把鸡肉裹饱满裹严实了,不然炸出来不够脆
🐔炸鸡!
裹完粉就把鸡扔下锅里疯狂炸!大概炸3到5分钟。
如果鸡肉下锅后抱团粘成一坨,记得强制把他们分开,
因为粘成一坨不容易熟。
把鸡炸到变色,变脆,变硬就成功了!
炸熟后把九层塔放进去一起炸一下,然后捞起
放到垫好吸油纸的盘子里。
咸酥鸡就做好啦!完美!
把九层塔挑出来放一边,没错,它只是个配角,嫌
麻烦也可以不放的其实。我这要求比较高哈哈😄
煮咖喱!
这是日式金牌咖喱块,亚米网上买得到。
我做任何咖喱基本上都用它!
放一块咖喱块在锅里,加上水煮开,煮成黏糊糊
就是这么简单!
摆盘!
盛饭,鸡放旁边,把煮好的咖喱浇到鸡和饭的上面
香喷喷的咖喱咸酥鸡饭就完成啦!鼓掌👏🏻
