A daily fruit and vegetable juice is a must!

A glass of fresh fruit juice for breakfast is nutritious

Today I recommend two juices I drink most often!

The first is:

🍌A banana 

🍎Apple One  

🍊Citrus One  

🍋A quarter of a lemon

Add some ice cubes at the end, and a simple and nutritious fresh fruit juice will do!

Drink fresh fruit juice as soon as possible, otherwise it is easy to lose vitamins and nutrients

早餐来一杯新鲜水果汁营养丰富

今天推荐两款我最经常饮用的果汁!

第一款是:

🍌香蕉一根 

🍎苹果一个 

🍊柑橘一个 

🍋柠檬四分之一

最后加了些冰块,简单营养的新鲜水果汁就可以啦!

新鲜水果汁要尽快喝掉,不然很容易流失维生素营养成分
