海参泡发。
1 洗净后用纯净水,加盖好扔冰箱两三天后海参会大一些。
2 洗净入锅,沸腾后转小火30分钟左右。⚠️晾凉后 海参肚子切开 里面的内脏处理干净。
3 纯净水继续泡发两三天。这时候海参就是又肥又大啦。
第一次没经验不知道怎么泡 好久就大那么一点点 😠跟图片差太多了吧。后来查过才知道自己傻。
跟李锦记的XO酱一起蒸 好味好鲜。
