🌸家乡菜之炒实蛋🌸
这次寒假回国和老妈学了个新菜,这个周末就迫不及待的试了起来~
不知道其他非东北的小盆友有没有吃过实蛋,在我家那边,实蛋简直是烧烤必备!平时在家里做也很好吃,算是个家乡菜吧~

首先准备四个鸡蛋,把鸡蛋打散,这个时候鸡蛋液是淡黄色哦,然后加入1 小勺的食用面碱(也可以先用少量水溶解面碱),搅拌均匀后,你会发现蛋液的颜色变深了!这个时候是橙色.可以放进蒸锅里啦~
蒸锅内大火蒸开,慢慢地蛋液会变成绿色,等看到表面有些凝固,来小火继续蒸5-10分钟,然后闭火,闷几分钟。
这个时候实蛋就已经好了哦,等晾凉后切成小块,和洋葱,蒜蓉酱放进锅里大火炒几分钟,就可以出锅了~😋
我用的是李锦记这款蒜蓉酱,味道和国内的酱料比较接近,喜欢其他口味的也可以试试别的酱料。直接把实蛋拿去烤或者煎也非常好吃哦~
