推荐一道适合秋冬养生的健脾养胃四神汤!山药和莲子炖出来糯糯的,排骨软烂轻松脱骨,
和肉一起炖出来的汤没有很重的药材味,清润解

老少皆宜的一款汤,做法简单,食材也可以随
意替换成猪肚、瘦肉鸡鸭等一起煲汤,一岁以上
都可以喝,一周可以喝2-3次~
准备食材:
排骨400g、山药200g、芡实10g、茯苓10g、莲
子10g、红枣适量
制作步骤:
排骨洗净放入锅中加姜片焯去血水,放入炖锅
炖煮模式一个半小时。
2莲子、茯苓、芡实洗净,温水中浸泡20分钟。
③排骨炖至一个小时左右,放入其他剩下的所有
食材,再炖煮半个小时即可。
有电压力锅的话可以所有食材一起放入压力锅
半个小时。
