# 一周瘦身大作战 # # 今日份家常菜 # ⏺I'm so glad that I can have this delicious Chinese style beef in the U.S. ⏺This is a kind of Chinese braised and stewed beef shank. It is a really traditional and classic cold dish in China. It is so popular that almost all the people in China love it. ⏺I purchased this ready-to-eat beef shank from Yamibuy store. It is named WuXiang Beef. WuXiang is a Chinese classic flavor which is made of five spices. Five-spice is a spice mixture of five or more spices used in almost all branches of Chinese cuisines. The five flavors of the spices refers to five traditional Chinese elements. ⏺This flavor is not spicy at all. It tastes really different from Ameican style beef. ⏺This beef shank is almost lean meat and have some beef tendon, no fat at all. It is really healthy. I steamed it for a while so that it tasted tender. I made it as a bowl of beef noodle very qickly and easily. In fact, people usually like to eat this beef as a cold dish. ⏺This Wuxiang Beef from Yamibuy store must have their own secret ingredients for extra flavors that I can't wait to re-purchase it.
