入秋了,来一碗热腾腾的馄饨吧🍲
🍁现在开始入秋了,天气微微转凉。
到了晚餐时间,一下子不知道吃啥。看到冰箱里正好有猪肉和前两天买的馄饨皮,就想着吃馄饨吧!
🍂材料:
馄饨皮(方的)、猪绞肉;
紫菜、小虾米、小葱、大蒜、番茄🍅;
蚝油、酱油、盐、黑胡椒粉、白胡椒粉。
馅料:猪绞肉加入少许的酱油、蚝油、油、黑胡椒粉、盐、淀粉、蛋清。然后向一个方向搅拌上劲,一定要一个方向!比如我都是顺时针。
汤底:我放了切碎的小葱和蒜末,加了蚝油、酱油、少许的黑胡椒粉、白胡椒粉调味。我还放了点芝麻油。小虾米可以直接放进调料里。然后加入高汤(鸡汤chicken broth或者beef broth),没有就用开水。
(紫菜要提前泡一小会儿,然后洗干净和馄饨一起煮)
馄饨和紫菜煮好了捞起放进汤底,一晚鲜肉小馄饨就做好啦~🍲😘
