很多人为了减肥故意不吃午餐或只吃个苹果和几块饼干,这样不仅把胃挨坏了还很可能到了某个时刻受不了饥饿而大吃一顿,结果吸收的总卡路里可能比吃了午饭还要高。我认为减肥还是要吃饱,当然了,不是要大吃大喝~~要不然就真的前功尽废了~平日还要坚持健身、尽量控糖、多吃蔬果、多喝水、早上喝蜂蜜水等,这样才达到真正的减脂。
🥣减肥餐我通常会选择以下食物:
鸡胸肉、牛肉、鸡蛋🥚、小黄瓜🥒、西兰花🥦、红薯🍠、紫薯、芦笋、玉米🌽、甜彩椒、番茄🍅、草莓🍓、苹果🍎、橘子🍊、葡萄🍇、蓝莓、圣女果等
🌷以下介绍几款减肥食谱:
【🍗孜然蒜香鸡腿】做法如下:
首先买回来的鸡腿要拆骨,然后调酱料:花雕、豉油鸡汁10ml、孜然粉适量、糖少许、蒜1瓣切末拌匀,腌制半小时。接着平底锅内倒入适量油,放入鸡腿肉煎至两面变色,放入腌料汁,再加一点水,盖上锅盖小火慢慢煎至汤汁浓稠出锅即可。
【Yakisoba面】做法如下:
食材:油面1包、五花肉片1盒、高丽菜适量、红萝卜适量、料酒适量、日式猪扒酱4大匙、酱油1大匙、海苔粉适量、柴鱼片适量、柴鱼片适量、油适量、姜片适量
做法:
1.高丽菜洗干净切丝、红萝卜切条、五花肉提前从冰箱拿出来解冻备用
2.平底锅下适量油,放入五花肉片炒熟,取出备用
3.放回高丽菜和红萝卜🥕一起炒熟,放回五花肉片一起翻炒均匀
4.加入面条翻炒片刻
5.倒入调味料,充分拌炒均匀
6.撒上海苔粉、姜片和柴鱼片
