对于螺霸王,我比较喜欢吃麻辣螺霸王多余常规版的螺霸王螺蛳粉。
麻辣味螺霸王的量大概是315 g
(记不清是315g 还是310了╭(°A°`)╮)
总之麻辣味的螺霸王螺蛳粉我也是超爱的~ 因为价格不变并且有加量版的豆腐条呀!对于腐竹以及豆制品的爱好者可千万不要错过这款麻辣味的螺丝粉喔!
不过我要说一下,
我的口味可能不是那么爱吃辣。
我每次只加一点点的辣椒油…

大家看这个蕃茄味的螺丝粉是306g, 量比普通版本的螺丝粉要大而且价格也便宜一些。
这边右上角有 “海外版”三个字… 因为没有吃过国内版本的番茄味,所以也不好测评国内正常版跟海外版的有什么实质的区别。
拆开包装袋后:
可以看见里面的料还是挺实诚的,
与正常口感还有麻辣口感的螺霸王的区别是:
“少了袋醋包. ”
我一开始还挺纠结的… 这没有醋包不够酸可怎么办呢?
因为我是一个…
吃面还有螺丝粉疯狂爱倒醋的人🤪
Anyway, “后来发现这款蕃茄味的已经够酸了...
完全不需要我再额外加醋。”
下一个步骤:
装水煮螺蛳粉。
一个把粉煮软的小Tip:
装冷水把米粉放下去,
先让米粉煮开。大概需要5-8分钟。
之后呢把水倒了然后用冷水洗,
再重新装新的冷水,
等螺丝粉二度水烧开。
对了,忘记给大家展示这包番茄调味酱的内部长相了…
闻起来有一股酸酸的番茄味,
还带有点辣辣的调味。
这可能就是为什么这袋螺丝粉也没有辣油包袋原因了吧…
重点:番茄螺丝粉— 没有辣油包

有点过于番茄味浓重需要额外倒热水上去😂😂😂

我没有把这款番茄螺蛳粉当作土豆粉吃🤣
这款真的DIY可塑性很强,
大家可以自己随意加蔬菜加肉下去
堪比一个小火锅!
因为番茄味的酸度盖过了臭笋,
所以这个螺蛳粉把酸笋加进去也不会很臭。
而且,
汤头真的跟番茄火锅底料有一拼!
