1.5 cupWater➕5Tbsp powdered powder➕6tbspand 2tsp fenugreek powder, mix well

煎肠粉
喜欢吃广东肠粉的小伙伴们是不是还因为没有蒸肠粉的机器或者厌烦了蒸的方式而放弃这道美食呢?其实我也试过这种情况,哈哈哈哈.... 然而发现肠粉还可以用煎的方式,所以我就实践了一下。我觉得很不错的👍又不费时间....
1.5 cup水➕5汤匙澄粉➕6汤匙and 2茶匙粉捲粉,搅拌均匀
(粉捲粉)
平底锅热油,大约放1/3 cup粉浆(如此类推,记得每次下粉浆前都要搅拌一下,因为粉会沉淀)盖上锅盖焗两分半钟,然后卷起来
这是半成品
(同一个锅)把肠粉回锅,煎至金黄色(可以两边都煎,但我只煎了一边,这样会有两种口感)
3汤匙水➕1汤匙酱油➕1汤匙糖➕1汤匙海鲜酱,搅拌均匀
放刚煎完肠粉的锅里煮一两分钟

P.S. 酱汁好像咸了一点,大家自己调整一下啊😂因为我也是第一次做,所以没敢放其它材料.... 大家可以试试放虾米碎,鸡蛋之类的😉
