两个人吃或者不太能吃辣的话，底料只放一半就够了。
底汤煮好后麻油的香味比较浓，辣椒也很香，但不辛辣刺鼻。涮肉和丸子不会挂很多油，吃起来不腻。
清油底料没有那么多香料渣渣，吃起来还挺方便的，调个简单的蘸碟就很好吃。
