肠粉机制作冰糖雪梨🍐
肠粉机除了做新鲜肠粉,还是个透明大蒸锅!怀念小时候感冒咳嗽妈妈做的冰糖雪梨很久了,有了肠粉机自己做起来原来这么简单:1️⃣雪梨切去顶部,2️⃣小勺挖出梨核,3️⃣填上冰糖(我用的木糖醇代替冰糖,冰冰的口感而且护牙保健),4️⃣合上梨盖,上肠粉机蒸至微黄褐色(10分钟),5️⃣取梨摆盘。打开盖喝梨糖汁,吃蒸梨🥰连皮都可以吃掉,梨糖汁润喉止咳,梨肉酥脆暖心(像荸荠)好吃到转圈圈☺️!
