🍜🍜🍜解馋的5分钟酱油拉面!🍜🍜🍜
来不及做大餐时,这样一份香气四溢的拉面绝对是对胃的犒劳。
准备材料:鸡蛋,冰块,油豆腐,午餐肉,大葱,酱油,芝麻油,鸡蛋面(一定要鸡蛋面才更香)
步骤:1. 起两个锅,一个锅烧热水,另外一个锅热油。
2. 水烧开把鸡蛋放下去,锅烧热就放一段大葱和切片的午餐肉。同时准备冰水。
3. 午餐肉煎至两面焦脆,拿出放在一边碗里。锅里加水(不要洗)加酱油3勺(我用的生抽),烧开后放面条和油豆腐。这个时候(差不多是6分钟)溏心蛋应该做好了,捞出来放进冰水里。
4. 面条熟了以后倒入碗里,溏心蛋拿出剥壳放入碗里。撒一点葱花,倒3-4滴麻油,香喷喷热腾腾!

因为葱煎过以后油里有葱香,而不把葱爆香只凭最后撒上的葱花汤里的香气不会那么浓郁。而且煎过午餐肉,肉汁也残留在锅内,这样加上酱油做的汤底比纯酱油汤底更香。
