清凉百合香芹

【凉拌百合香芹】

其实这道小食可以凉拌也可炒吃,看个人喜好哈~

1.把(干)百合清水泡软,去皮,洗净。

2.西芹和胡萝卜去皮洗净切小块。

3.将芹菜和胡萝卜以及百合陆续放入开水中汆烫至熟捞出备用。

加入盐、糖、白醋,少量蒜油(可加可不加)拌匀即可。

食用前可放入冰箱冷藏一会,食用更爽口香甜.
