Make smooth sausage powder at home without sausage powder machine

In the days when there is no rice roll machine, I would like to introduce a recipe for making rice rolls at home without the need for a rice roll machine (I’m more honest hahaha). As long as you have a flat pan at home, a large steamer/sauce pan will do it
Intestinal powder materials: water 475g, cheng powder 100g, sticky rice flour 80g, corn starch 10g.

You can add minced shrimp, rice, and meat. I am a loyal egg roll fan. I only need to add double eggs every time to be satisfied.
To make egg sausage powder, the eggs should be broken up in advance. You can pour the amount you like each time. Sprinkle a little chopped green onion and you are ready to steam.
I use the kind of claws of a steamer pan (forgot what it's called) to clip the pan into the pot, cover it and heat it up for three minutes. Wait until the surface of the rice rolls is slightly wrinkled before serving. I was not very skilled at the beginning and I would get water into the plate, but I became more and more familiar with it later.
If you want to have a richer taste, first pour a little vegetable oil into the pot, heat it up, add minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat. Add light soy sauce and a little water, then add a little salt, chicken powder and sugar to taste, I think the sugar in the soy sauce of the rice rolls is very important, and finally add the old soy sauce for coloring and you can cook. I'm also very casual about the proportions and what to try.

不用肠粉机在家做爽滑肠粉
大家都在求肠粉机,我也是求"机"战队的一员。
在没有肠粉机的日子里,想给大家介绍一个不需要肠粉机也可以在家不算很方便(我比较诚实哈哈哈)地做出肠粉的菜谱。 只要家里有平底盘子,大的蒸锅/深底平底锅就能做啦
肠粉材料: 水475g,澄粉100g,粘米粉80g,玉米淀粉10g。
把粉类混合之后加入水用蛋抽做成肠粉水
可以加虾米肉末,我个人是忠实的鸡蛋肠粉爱好者,每次都加双蛋才满足。
做鸡蛋肠粉,鸡蛋要事先打散,每次倒入自己喜欢的量就可以,在撒一点葱花就可以准备蒸啦。
我用蒸锅盘的那种爪子(忘了叫什么)把盘子夹到锅里,盖上锅盖大火三分钟。等肠粉表面微微皱起就可以出锅啦。开始不是很熟练还会把水弄到盘子里,后面就越来越上手了。
想味道更丰富的话,先在锅里倒入一点植物油,加热之后加入蒜蓉小火炒一下。加入生抽和一点水,再加入一点盐,鸡粉和糖调味,我觉得肠粉的酱油里糖很重要,最后加入老抽调色就可以出锅啦。比例什么的自己尝尝嘛我也是很随意的。
当当当!是不是看起来很有食欲!虽然比不上国内最爱的那家,但比起之前山鸡村的那家肠粉完全不输,超好吃 !
