[Liuquan snail powder]
I have tried Luobawang's snail noodles before, because Liuquan's is cheaper... ($2.99...) so I bought Liuquan's to try. As pictured! The ingredients are very rich, the snail meat sauce package is quite tasty... The yellow one is fried yuba. I didn't put chili oil, because it was really spicy enough... I can slap my chest to ensure that Liu Quan is really hotter than Luobawang! The snail sauce package of Luobawang is very thin.
BTW, I cook while my roommate is sleeping...same room! My roommate has never eaten snail noodles before! Never smelled it. I wasn't woken up by the smell...so I'm not at all disgusted by the smell.
It was cooked with Aroma's hot pot artifact. I didn't soak the vermicelli in advance, they were all cooked directly until they could be broken with chopsticks.
I personally like Liu Quan the most! The most flavorful and fragrant!

[柳全螺蛳粉]
之前吃过螺霸王的螺蛳粉，由于柳全的比较便宜…（$2.99...）所以买了柳全的试试。如图！配料很丰富，螺蛳肉酱包挺够味儿的…黄色的一包是炸过的腐竹。我没放辣油，因为真的够辣了…我可以拍胸口保证柳全真的比螺霸王辣！螺霸王的螺蛳酱包稀很多。
BTW，我室友在睡觉的时候我煮的…同一间屋子！室友以前没吃过螺蛳粉！也没闻过这个味道。并没有被臭醒…所以味道上这个问题我完全不反感
用的是Aroma的火锅神器煮的。我没有提前泡粉丝，都是直接煮的，煮到可以用筷子夹断就好。
我个人是最喜欢柳全的！味道最足，最香！
