I've never tasted it before and it feels like it opens up a new world~
The recipe was seen elsewhere and not my original.
I changed my practice a little bit myself ➕ Cumin is so fragrant!

Step1. Soak the rice for half an hour to an hour in advance, cut the beef bones into small pieces, wash them, soak them in water and change the water frequently until there is no blood.
Step2. Put a little more oil in the hot pot, add the beef bones, stir fry and add a little salt 🧂➕ soy sauce ➕ cooking wine to taste, pour in the boiled water and let the beef bones simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step3. Reheat the wok, add the onion and carrots and stir fry until fragrant, then add the beef bones ➕ cumin grains ➕ salt 🧂 to taste, you can taste the salty and light yourself. Finally, put the soaked rice in and stir, adding water so that the ingredients are not over the top. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat, remember to keep stirring to allow the ingredients to heat evenly.
The first time I made rice that I didn't master the amount of water, the grains were not clear enough.
But the taste is really super delicious 😋 It doesn't need too much seasoning at all! !
The oil used for pilaf is relatively large, and it is recommended to pair it with refreshing vegetables!
If you like meat, you can put more, I feel a little bit not enough hahaha! 😂
Carrots 🥕 stewed very soft and glutinous, and a little sweet onion is also OK! !

之前从来没有吃过感觉打开了新世界大门~
菜谱是在其他地方看到的不是我原创的。
我自己稍微改变了一点做法再➕孜然太香啦!
🌟 食材 🌟
牛仔骨 三条
胡萝卜🥕一根
洋葱 一颗
大米🍚 一杯
🌟 做法 🌟
Step1. 大米提前浸泡半小时到一个小时左右,牛仔骨切小段洗净后泡水并勤换水直到没有血水。
Step2. 热锅下油稍微多点,放入牛仔骨翻炒加少许盐🧂➕酱油➕料酒调味后,倒入开水末过牛仔骨中小火闷15分钟左右捞出来备用。
Step3. 重新热锅下油放入洋葱和胡萝卜翻炒出香味,再放入牛仔骨➕孜然粒➕盐🧂调味,咸淡自己尝一尝就可以。最后把浸泡好的米饭放入翻拌一下,加水不要末过食材。盖上盖子小火焖熟,记得期间要持续翻拌让食材受热均匀。
我第一次做没掌握好水量闷的米饭不够粒粒分明。
不过味道真的超级好吃😋根本不用太多的调味!!
抓饭用到的油比较大建议配上清爽一点的蔬菜配搭!
爱吃肉的可以多放点我感觉有点不够吃哈哈哈!😂
胡萝卜🥕焖的很软糯吃着有点甜洋葱也很OK!!
怕腻还可以撒点葱花拌一拌会清爽一些风味更佳!!
