# 炸鸡厨房 # Just bought a big bag of southern black sesame paste, I love it! But thinking that it may take a long time to drink so much alone, it is better to use it to do something.
I use whole wheat flour for this bun.
A bag of black sesame paste + 110g whole wheat flour + 60g water (you can add it according to the water absorption) + 2g instant yeast
🌹The jumbo raisins recommended two days ago are also added in the middle to increase the sweetness, because I don’t want to add sugar, the sweetness of raisins is relatively natural.
I took a piece of dough and rolled it flat, put it in a non-stick pan and fried it into a cake with barbecue sauce. Because I rolled it very thinly, it came out very crispy, very like potato chips, fragrant 😏

# 炸鸡厨房 # 刚买了一大袋南方黑芝麻糊,我超爱喝!但想着这么多一个人喝可能要喝很久,不如拿来做点什么。
这个馒头我全部用的全麦粉。
一袋黑芝麻糊+110g全麦粉+60g水(根据吸水性自己看着加)+2g速发酵母
🌹中间还加了前两天推荐的jumbo葡萄干,增加甜度,因为不想加糖,葡萄干的甜味比较天然。
我拿了一块面团擀平,放到不粘锅小火煎成饼沾着烧烤酱吃,因为我擀很薄所以煎出来特别脆,很像薯片,香香的😏
