这个馒头我全部用的全麦粉。
一袋黑芝麻糊＋110g全麦粉＋60g水（根据吸水性自己看着加）＋2g速发酵母
🌹中间还加了前两天推荐的jumbo葡萄干，增加甜度，因为不想加糖，葡萄干的甜味比较天然。
我拿了一块面团擀平，放到不粘锅小火煎成饼沾着烧烤酱吃，因为我擀很薄所以煎出来特别脆，很像薯片，香香的😏
