Bench Press 20kg 5 sets of 3 (it's too heavy ww)
Overhead press 16lbs 10 3 sets
10 crunches 6 sets
Plank 1min 2 sets
Lat pull down 45lbs 10 reps 3 sets
The homework is finally done! ! !
The problem that has been bothering me for days is finally solved

Now go to the gym after participating in the seminar

Weight 59.1kg this morning, no change hhh
Maybe some blueberry grapes when I get home

滴,打卡第五天
昨天下午2点半开始复习做笔记写作业然后搞到了凌晨3点才搞完一半
早上成功的没起来床
最后临走之前拿了根🍌在路上吃了
然后就到了下午1点举铁课下课
跑去吃了海鲜面
忘记拍照了www
举铁课我都干了啥
举杠铃 20kg 10个 3组
Bench Press 20kg 5个 3组(实在是太重了ww)
Overhead press 16lbs 10个 3组
仰卧起坐 10个 6组
平板支撑 1min 2组

作业终于写完了!!!
