首先煮饭❗️🍚
我的做法是在藜麦里混了一些燕麦米然后隔水蒸熟的。
最近对燕麦米很上瘾😂QQ的口感真的停不下来!

洋葱半个去皮切丁,西兰花🥦洗净切小朵(不喜欢的可以换成其他蔬菜)吞拿鱼罐头🥫取适量沥干水份备用。(我用的是油浸的)

锅中放入少许椰子油🥥加入洋葱炒香后,加入吞拿鱼和西兰花🥦翻炒片刻。最后倒入煮熟的藜麦一起翻炒,加入少许盐和黑胡椒调味即可!装盘开吃!
