"Air Fryer Recipe" Banana Cocoa Cake

「空气炸锅食谱」香蕉可可蛋糕





超级简单快手的蛋糕食谱~

不用打蛋分蛋,不用烤箱~

只要一个叉子就能完成噢😏

这款不同于正常的海绵蛋糕,戚风蛋糕

口感比较扎实醇厚




原料

香蕉🍌2

牛奶120g

鸡蛋🥚2

植物油80g

面粉200g

可可粉适量







步骤

1.用叉子把香蕉捣碎,混入鸡蛋搅匀

2.加入植物油,牛奶,搅匀





3.少量多次倒入面粉,每次搅匀再加入下一次,不用过筛




4.加入可可粉(想苦一点就多加点,按照上面的配方15g足以)搅拌均匀。过筛更加细腻均匀,但不过筛也没什么问题

5.倒入模具(6寸),放入空气炸锅




6.35015分钟,再换到30010分钟,牙签插入没有面糊即可




香蕉我没压的特别碎

吃的时候可以吃到化了的香蕉块

一点糖都不用加,香蕉的甜度完全够了
