我们自己的肉要腌 酱油 蚝油 一点老抽 盐巴味精糖 。 最主要突出酱香味。
腌肉的时候可以放一一点,八角,油葱酥,姜末一点点,料酒一点点。
家里有啥佐料 都来一点就对了
高压锅放清水肉放碗里,然后垫起来 蒸半小时就好啦
蒸排骨的话 要久一点
可以粉蒸牛肉 也可以的
