家属无敌热爱西兰花,各种带西兰花菜的都喜欢,再加上他迷之喜欢美式中餐,晚上我做了牛肉西兰花。
虽然我对改良版中餐没有特别喜爱,但是不得不承认很多还是不错的,做起来很快,而且普遍比较简单,菜和肉都有,非常省时间,而且总体来说也比较健康。
<食材>
6 oz 牛肉,切薄片
5个小甜椒
半磅西兰花
酱料:
1/4 cup 减盐酱油
2 Tbsp 蚝油
2 Tbsp 红糖
1 Tbsp 米醋
1/2 Tbsp 玉米淀粉
1 tsp 蒜蓉
<步骤>
1⃣️热锅下少量油,炒香小甜椒和西兰花,加少量盐和黑胡椒调味,基本炒熟后盛出。
2⃣️ 牛肉片上加少量的盐和黑胡椒之后裹上薄薄一层玉米淀粉。在同一个锅中加少量油,炒香牛肉。等变色后把蔬菜倒回来。
3⃣️调制酱料,搅拌均匀后加到菜里。
