Author Description

阪口朱未，药膳料理家，株式会社kanpokitchen的代表人，北京中医药大学日本分校讲师。是日本中药研究的先驱。1991年曾到北京留学，成为日本首位以主修药膳学公费出国留学的人士。于北京中医研究院西苑医院留学时，致力于探讨清代的宫廷药膳配方。此外也发表了日常饮食知识与药膳食谱。著有《慈禧太后的抗衰老食谱》《温热身体、提高受孕几率的助孕药膳》等书籍。

在《慈禧光绪医方选议》一书当中，从配方中可以窥知慈禧太后的饮食生活与身体状况。
年纪轻轻就取代亡夫执掌政权，极尽奢华之道，带领清朝走向灭亡的女性；残虐、嫉妒心强、权力欲望强……这些都是慈禧太后留给世人的印象。
花卉、宝石、芳疗……女性的理想休闲时光
的确，她的生活过得相当精彩。餐桌上摆满中国各地的知名美食，而这一道道的珍馐上，还以玫瑰花、茉莉花、莲花、丹桂等花瓣缀饰出缤纷色彩。另外，她也很喜欢宝石，在宝石房里，从地板到天花板都装饰了琳琅满目的各式宝石。根据记载，她甚至穿戴过3500颗珍珠制成的披肩。
她对于美容的热衷程度非比寻常，入浴时会使用野玫瑰香皂，在全身涂上金银花（别名忍冬）的化妆水，服用具有美白效果的珍珠粉，并且使用所谓的“美颜滚轮”来按摩面部。
