Book Abstract

《催眠秘笈》：
催眠目的强身救人为主，达到特定目的为辅。
强身包括增加自己的精力、记忆力，消除不愉快的情绪（紧张、压力），改善偏激性格，缓解一切因为心理或情绪引起的不适症状，让自己便得乐观进取。
救人包括消除不良病癖（如口吃、酒瘾等）及一切精神因素诱发的疾病，强化对方的信心，使其充满热情与干劲。
特定目的包括经由催眠说出心声（潜意识），可作为测谎、办案参考或心理治疗的手段；也可在催眠状态下，判断对特定人、事、物的好恶。
催眠工具催眠球最佳，手指次之。其他如耳环、发亮物亦可使用。
催眠球：金属制最好，有圆球也有柄，握柄处需钻一小孔，并系绿色丝线。不锈钢催眠球和塑料催眠球都可以用来催眠。
手指：以剑诀手势为准，即食指、中指并拢伸直，其余三指握住，让被催眠者凝视食指、中指指尖。
耳环：有柄、有珍珠状圆球的耳环、耳饰为佳。
施术时握住柄，让被术者凝视圆珠处。
钢笔：以较粗的钢笔、笔尖端带亮光为准。施术时以圆凸处对着被催眠者两眼中间略下方。
其他：初学者当以催眠球最佳，熟练之后则可自由运用，不必拘泥于特定工具。例如有些日本催眠师用打火机催眠（把火点亮）就是例子。
催眠前之准备人、事、时、地、物准备就绪之后，即可进行催眠。
人：自己及被催眠者均有心理准备，同意接受催眠。
事：有明确的目的，而且是正面而积极的目的。
时：正确选择最合适时间，一般以饭后或温水沐浴后1小时为佳。如果无法依此原则，则以双方最方便的时间为主，但需辅以其他催眠法。
切记情绪激烈波动（如大喜、大怒、大悲）之后，或刚刚饮用刺激性饮料，（如喝酒、浓茶、咖啡、生姜）之后，或某些特定药物之后，均不宜立即催眠。
地：环境宜略暗、安静，不可太过光亮、刺激，也不宜有喧哗、吵杂声音。催眠处所以带绿色最佳，必要时可加绿色窗帘或灯罩。
物：即催眠时必要的工具，如果当众表演被催眠后身体硬如钢板，则需准备两张同样高度的椅子，以便作“人体架桥”之用。
实际做法实际开始为人或自己催眠时，一定要遵循下列步骤及方法，等到熟练之后再按实际情况变化。
1.为人催眠者自己要先做“精神统一手诀”，并自我暗示“我的精神力量增强，精神统一”连说六次。
2.催眠球拿在距离被催眠者前约一尺处，略低于眼睛，令被催眠者凝神注视催眠球。并做上、下、左、右移动，每一方向约半秒钟，距离约10厘米。亦即由上往下10厘米，由左至右10厘米，共1分钟。或以10厘米为直径画圆圈亦可。继续做，直到被催眠者有轻微疲倦感时再换下一个动作。
3.催眠球突然向被催眠者靠近，约半尺，只做上下动作即可，直到被催眠者眼睛疲劳、眼皮欲闭之际。
4.告知被催眠者：我发“喳”声时即将眼睛闭起来。等他呼吸时，我随即由丹田运气，突然提高声音“崦”一声。
5.在被催眠者头顶（百会穴）行“精神注射手诀”6秒（6次）。注射前先从丹田运气，使气自丹田提起，经过手臂贯注于食指、中指指尖；“注射”时用食指、中指指腹轻压于百会穴，并微微震荡，每两下算一次，共6次。
