陈佳阳，湖北邮电规划设计有限公司高级数据经理，硕士。多年从事IP骨干网/城域网/传输网/宽带接入网等相关规划设计工作。先后多次参与湖北电信IP骨干网、城域网的规划设计项目，曾借调中国电信北京研究院，参与中国电信一干传输网络规划、中国电信香港、美洲及欧洲海外分公司传输网络规划。同时还参与《光纤接入网规划设计手册》的编写工作。在综合承载及多专业网络协同规划方面积累了较丰富的经验和理论知识。
