何振，湘潭大学社会科学处处长，公共管理学院教授，公共管理学科博士生导师。教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划入选者，教育部档案学科教学指导委员会委员，中国档案学会基础理论学术委员会副主任委员，中国电子政务理事会理事，湖南省“百人工程”专家，第十届霍英东教育基金会高等学校青年教师奖获得者，湖南省第二届优秀青年社会科学专家获得者。主要从事政府信息资源管理、电子政务、政府应急管理与绩效评估等研究。主持国家社科基金重点项目“地方政府应对重大自然灾害对策研究”、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划项目“地方政府应对突发公共事件信息公开机制研究”等20余项，出版著作《电子政务信息资源的共建与共享研究》等12部，公开发表学术论文百余篇。
