Content Description

眼底荧光血管造影解析（中英对照）由Manfred Spitznas教授编写，视角独特，其结合光学、超微解剖学知识从基础解读了某病为何会出现如此荧光，而既往眼科荧光血管造影相关书籍（当前市场上这类图书不多）主要介绍的是现象，即某病出现了什么样的荧光。该书短小精悍，图例相当经典，解读相当精彩。当前已用英语、德语、西班牙语、葡萄牙语等4种语言出版。

Author Description

曼弗雷德·施皮茨纳斯（Manfred Spitznas），医学博士，眼科学荣誉教授。1979-1981年期间担任美国加州大学洛杉矶分校眼科学Wasserman教授及视网膜专科主任。1981-2002年期间担任德国波恩大学眼科学系教授、主任。鉴于其在玻璃体视网膜基础研究及手术方面的突出贡献，Spitznas教授获得了众多的著名奖项。

潘铭东，男，副主任医师，1990年毕业于福建医科大学医疗系，从事眼科临床工作15年，具有丰富眼科临床经验，2004年曾在中山医科大学眼科中心进修一年，其间，师从国内著名眼科专家、俄罗斯外籍院士陈家祺等教授，尤其擅长眼表疾病、近视眼、角膜病、白内障、眼眶病、眼底玻璃体视网膜疾病手术，在各级刊物上发表论文6篇，主持省教委b类课题一项，“翼状胬肉切除+羊膜移植术”获得2005年福建省卫生厅面向农村和基层推广适合技术项目。2002年响应团中央“西部大开发”号召，到宁夏同心县医院工作3个月，获省“优秀青年志愿者”称号，长期坚持眼科专业理论与临床新知识、新技能学习与运用。刘光辉，福建省人民医院眼科主治医师，讲师。擅长糖尿病视网膜病变等眼底病中西医结合诊治。郑永征，福建省人民医院眼科主治医师。擅长眼科常见病的诊治。

解读眼底荧光血管造影现象，不仅要求掌握各种眼底疾病的造影特征，还要求熟悉各种造影现象背后所隐藏的机制。Manfred Spitznas教授的Understanding Fluorescein Angiography一书正式为此目的而作。该书图文并茂，从光学性、机械性、动态性三个独特的视角解读了眼底荧光血管造影的现象及机制，让人耳目一新。相信该书对眼科医师学习和掌握眼底荧光血管造影读片技术、更准确地诊治眼底疾病大有裨益。

在过去的几个月中，我们在工作之余对原著进行了翻译，希望能将国外眼底荧光血管造影解读的一些理念引入国内，互通有无。期间，承蒙温州医科大学附属眼视光医院刘晓玲教授在百忙之中对翻译工作进行了指导，并审阅了全部译稿，在此表示衷心的感谢。

由于编译时间仓促，译者经验不足、水平有限，翻译的谬误之处在所难免，恳请各位专家、同道、读者不吝赐教，对译文的纰漏和错误之处作出指正。
