《妇产科手术学》第1版（1973）、第2版（1992）由苏应宽、刘新民主编。《妇产科手术学》第2版，其介绍的手术学知识与技巧具有全面、精辟的特点而获1996年度国家卫生部科技进步成果三等奖。该书是国内广大妇产科工作者，尤其是年轻医师称自修必备、不可不读的一本极好参考书之一。由于其良好的社会效益与经济效益，而于1998年再获人民卫生出版社“首届双效益图书奖”二等奖，并为该社建社45年以来首届评出的10部精品书之一。这一殊荣的取得，首先应归功于苏应宽教授的贡献。使命与创新《妇产科手术学》第3版的修订计划始地1998年获“首届双效益图书奖”之后，为满足广大读者的需求，在该社的再三督促下，我们开始了前期酝酿。然而，意想不到的事件发生了，我尊敬的恩师，《妇产科手术学》第一主编苏应宽教授因突发心脏病而夺去了他宝贵的生命，享年80岁。山东医科大学（现山东大学临床医学院），尤其他所在的山东省立医院妇产科，包括我们《妇产科手术学》编写人员都处于极度沉重的悲痛之中，该书的修订计划也因此搁置下来。在这种情况之下，组织修订的重任自然落在我的肩上，为了使新版《妇产科手术学》更能满足广大读者需要。尤其是使恩师苏应宽教授在九泉之下放心、安息！作为主编的我化悲痛为力量，决心让新版《妇产科手术学》在内容和形式上都要比第2版更上一层楼，使精品书再添光彩。如何组建编写班子，把年富力强的青年骨干力量吸收到编写人员中来；如何把近年来国内外妇产科手术的新理论、新知识、新手术、新技术、精辟简明地融汇于新版《妇产科手术学》中；如何编排内容，更能满足读者需要，更便于他们理解、学习……。这些一直是在组织本书三版修订编写的工作时所求索的问题。在广泛查阅国内、外文献，紧密结合妇产科临床实践以及认真分析读者阅读需求之后，我们决定对《妇产科手术学》的编排进行大胆创新，在原体例适应证、禁忌证、术前准备、术后处理、体位、麻醉、手术步骤及注意事项的基础上，根据临床需要、手术学发展的趋势，对每种较大的手术创设了“术前评估”和“手术探究”两个大栏目，收集了近年国内、外妇产科手术方面的新理论、新知识、新手术、新进展等重要内容，使本版结构更加完善、内容更加丰富、实用。

Author Description

苏应宽（1918～1998．8．24）男，著名妇产科专家，原山东医学院剧院长、山东省立医院副院长。广东省南海市人。1943年毕业于迁至重庆的上海医学院。曾任上海医学院附属红十字医院主治医师。1948年7月投身革命。新中国成立后，历任山东医学院副教授、教授、副院长，山东省人民医院妇产科主任，山东省立医院副院长，中华医学会第十八、十九届理事。1979年加入中国共产党。是第三、五届全国人大代表。专长宫颈癌的手术治疗，并改进了手术方式。先后获得国家、省部级奖励及专利10余项。著有《妇产科手术学》、《实用妇科学》、《实用产科学》等。1998年8月24日在济南病逝。

Book Abstract

手术是妇产科治疗中不可缺少的重要手段之一。手术者要成功地完成手术，就必须掌握手术的各项基本功，如手术的局部解剖、切割、缝合、打结、止血等基本知识、基本技术、基本技能，即是一刀、一剪、一针、一线等运用得当无误。一例成功的手术，其手术理论与技巧都是很重要的，因为成功的手术是建立在正确而明智的决策之上，即诊断正确、手术指征严格得当、术式选择和手术范围设计合理。而明智的决策又是取决于其知识、思维、判断和设计等水平，因此要成为一名称职的妇产科医生，务必要从基本功开始。正确应用手术治疗常可在较短时期内获得满意效果。但手术本身是一种创伤，病人有一定痛苦，且可导致一系列生理上的反应，处理不当甚至危及生命。所以必须严格指征，正确处理手术前后及手术中各项事宜，以求达到最好效果。术中做到切开准确、分离细致、显露轻巧、止血迅速，操作时尽量减少组织创伤、失血或细菌污染。例如，止血首先要看清出血点和出血性质，选用压迫、钳夹血管等方法控制出血，随后用结扎、缝合等确定性止血法。结扎血管不应同时结扎大块其他组织，未看清出血点时勿盲目钳夹，以免造成严重的血管或重要脏器损伤。无论手术如何复杂，都是通过各种基本操作完成，基本操作的优劣直接影响各种操作的完成和手术效果。手术技巧与熟练程度则关系到手术是否能顺利进行以及术后并发症和后遗症的发第1节正确使用手术器械妇产科手术使用的器械有多种，其必须使用的基本器械，应熟练掌握。
