Author Description

卡尔·古斯塔夫·荣格（Carl Gustav Jung，1875-1961年），瑞士心理学家，分析心理学创始人。荣格在多年研究的基础上，提出了内倾向性格和外倾向性格、心灵四层次、集体无意识、情结与原型等观点。1907年，荣格结识弗洛伊德，并成为其主要的合作者，1909年，弗洛伊德把他定为精神分析运动的法定继承人，称他为“王储”。1911年，在弗洛伊德的举荐下，荣格担任国际精神分析学会的头一任主席。后来，因观点不同，荣格与弗洛伊德分裂。与弗洛伊德相比，荣格更强调人的精神有崇高的抱负，反对弗洛伊德的自然主义倾向。荣格一生著述浩繁，思想博大精深。他所创立的集体无意识理论不仅在心理治疗中成为独树一帜的学派，而且对哲学、心理学、文化人类学、文学、艺术、宗教、伦理学、教育等诸多领域产生了广泛而深刻的影响。荣格终身都致力于对人类精神追求的探索，晚年的荣格更是离群索居，独自居住远离城市喧嚣的苏黎士湖边塔楼中。1961年6月5日，这位当代心理学思潮中重要的变革者和推动者，安然病逝于苏黎士湖边

二、原始意象与艺术幻觉
如前所述，集体无意识是通过原始意象，作为反复出现的原始意象赖以产生的心理背景和心理土壤而推导出来的。因此，对原始意象的理解，应该是理解集体无意识及其原型的一把钥匙，而由于原始意象直接涉及幻觉和艺术想象，涉及神话与艺．术起源，涉及审美体验与艺术创作，所以它又是沟通荣格基本理论（集体无意识及其原型）和文艺思想的一座桥梁。
荣格认为，原始意象来源于人类祖先重复了无数次的同一类型的经验，它们本身不过是在这些经验的基础上形成的人类心理结构的产物。他说：“原始意象”是同一类型的无数经验的心理残协，“每一个原始意象中都有着人类精神和人类命运的一块碎片，都有着在我们祖先的历史中重复了无数次的欢乐和悲哀的残余，并且总的说来始终遵循着同样的路线。它就像心理中的一道深深开凿过的河床，生命之流（可以）在这条河床中突然奔涌成一条大江，而不是像先前那样在宽阔然而清浅的溪流中向前漫淌”。

荣格在这里是要用远古时期的社会生活经验来解释人类心理结构的形式和原始意象的起源。这当然是正确的，应该加以肯定的。
但正如前面所曾提到的那样，荣格虽然并不否认原始意象来源于经验，但对于经验，荣格却坚持从主观方面去理解。荣格提出“内心经验”（inner experience或译“内心体验”）这一概念，以区别于对外部世界的经验（experiences ofthe external world），并在这样区分的基础上，突出和强调内心经验，赋予它以神话的和神秘的色彩。
按照荣格的看法，人的意识仿佛处在两面受敌的地位，它既受外部现实的影响，又受内部现实（inner reality）的制约。荣格说：“意识的后面并不是绝对的空无，而是无意识心理。这种无意识心理从后面和从内部影响我们的意识，正如外部世界从前面和从外部影响我们的意识一样。”（15，136）根据这一思想，荣格把艺术创作方式区分为心理学的和幻觉式的。心理学式的创作从人类意识领域中寻找素材，因而是面向现实的艺术家；幻觉型艺术则从潜藏在无意识深处的原始意象中寻找素材，因而是背对现实面向艺术家自我的艺术。P8-P9
