王增珍，华中科技大学同济医学院公共卫生学院教授，高级心理咨询师，预防医学专业博导、应用心理学专业硕导，湖北省心理卫生协会理事，享受国务院特殊津贴。物质滥用心理干预为其主要研究方向之一，1988年在美国北卡大学进修卫生管理、行为与心理科学，20多年来钻研心理科学和数十次接受心理咨询与心理治疗专业技术培训。近17年来致力于物质成瘾行为的防治研究，完成国家级物质滥用防治研究课题多项，建立了预防戒毒后复吸的动机-技能-脱敏-心理能量干预模式和预防青少年不良行为，提高学习成绩，改善心理状态的心理-脑力潜能开发训练方案，获得良好的效果。主编《社会行为医学》、《吸毒患者综合信息评价与心理指导系统》、《毒品与艾滋病预防教育》，在国内外发表关于心理行为方面的论文50余篇。

Book Abstract

（一）认知行为治疗
认知行为治疗的目的在于使成瘾者认识到其成瘾行为背后的心理基础，帮助其识别并修正非适应性认知、重建适应性认知，最后回归现实。采用认知行为疗法来治疗网络成瘾的一些研究主要涉及如下方面：学习实践管理策略；识别沉溺网络行为的“触发”因素，例如，特定的网络使用行为、情绪状态、非适应性认知和生活事件；学习管理情绪和控制上网冲动的方法，例如肌肉或呼吸放松训练；改善人际沟通和互动技能；培养满足心理需求的替代性活动。
Young在对网络成瘾现象的大量研究基础上提出认知行为疗法的一系列干预技术，包括：①反向实践；②借用外部制止；③制定戒瘾目标；④戒绝；⑤提醒卡；⑥个人清单；⑦参加支持小组；⑧家庭治疗；⑨解决现实问题与困难。Davis根据其“病理性网络使用认知行为模型”提出了相应的认知行为疗法，他将治疗过程分为7个阶段，历时11周，依次为：①定向；②规则；③等级；④认知重组；⑤离线社会化；⑥整合；⑦通告。
（二）动机访谈
动机访谈法借用认知行为治疗、来访者中心疗法、系统理论和社会心理学的理论，同时包含了指导性和非指导性疗法成分。在治疗过程中，通过挖掘和处理来访者行为改变过程中的矛盾情感，进而达到增强来访者行为改变的内在动机，故称为动机访谈。动机访谈的核心涉及行为改变的动机方面，因为成瘾者通常由第三方强制就医，所以激发来访者自我改变的动机是治疗的首要任务。该疗法认为行为改变的动机在于成瘾者内心继续目前的成瘾行为与对之改变的矛盾心理。该疗法就是解决来访者内心的这种矛盾心理、使其承诺并践行改变的决定。动机访谈包括6个阶段：即动机前期、动机期、决定期、行动期、保持期和复发期。该疗法的5个基本原则是：表达共情、发展差异，避免争论，与阻抗周旋和维持自我效能。
（三）内观认知心理治疗
内观认知心理治疗是起源于日本的一种心理治疗方法。该疗法吸纳了冥想对身体关注的成分，通过回忆重新整理自己的人生经历，因此获得康复和自我观念的转变。内观的基本形式为一周的住院式“向内观察”身心实相。内观的主题集中于如下三方面：①自己从别人（尤其是母亲）那里得到了什么；②自己回报了别人什么；③自己给别人造成了多少麻烦和带来了多少忧虑。该疗法不直接处理患者的症状或问题行为，而是处理患者的生活史或过去的人际关系。
（四）团体治疗
国内外专家研究证实，对于网络成瘾者团体咨询是一种有效的治疗方法。团体咨询是在团体情境下提供心理帮助与指导的一种咨询形式，根据咨询者问题的相似性组成课题小组，通过共同商讨、训练，解决成员共同的发展或共有的心理障碍。参加成员通过自省、谈论等方式帮助其找出成瘾的具体原因、了解其网络行为，并通过丰富多彩的集体活动，让成瘾者体会到现实中人际交往的乐趣与重要性，以便改善人际关系，增加社会适应性，促进人格成长。并可获得有效的控制上网行为的方法，帮助其摆脱对网络的成瘾状态。团体心理咨询中可以运用支持疗法、认知治疗、松弛训练法、行为训练、心理剧与角色扮演、家庭心理治疗、焦点解决治疗、沟通分析治疗和格式塔心理治疗等，是一种综合性很强的心理干预手段。
（五）家庭治疗
无论是作为病因学因素还是作为治疗性因子，基于家庭的干预对于网络成瘾都是必不可少的。在对青少年网络成瘾的家庭治疗中，Young以为，向整个家庭传授帮助成瘾者的方法是至关重要的。这些方法包括为家庭成员咨询、传授有关网络成瘾的知识、如何管理愤怒情绪和如何处理家庭成员对成瘾者的不信任感，理解网络成瘾康复的过程、复发的扳机因素和家庭成员之间保持适度边界的重要性。系统的观点是不同家庭治疗学派的理论基础，也是以家庭为基础对网络成瘾进行干预的理论基石。上述研究中针对网络成瘾者家庭的父母教育和培训包括如下方面：提高对网络成瘾征兆的觉察，学会识别孩子的情绪状态，与家庭成员之间进行有效的沟通，学习问题解决的方法，学会调控情绪和行为的方法，及理解孩子的心理成长过程。
