当我陷入抑郁的时候，还无法很好地理解这句话。当我走出抑郁的时候才发现：如果抑郁不曾流淌过我的生命，想必我永远都不会知道自己是谁，将走向何方。

陷入抑郁之中，让我感触最深的就是绝望感和隔离感。整个人好像处于孤岛之上，我不走近别人，别人也无法真正走进我的心。那时,常出现这样一个梦境：有一天，一个人，一双手，把我从抑郁的旋涡中解救出来，而我愿意用任何条件和他交换。但梦总归是梦，那个人，那双手，终究没有出现。一次一次的希望变成绝望，但我仍无数次在绝望中鼓励自己继续坚持。因为无法放弃相依为命的母亲，因为不想人生还没有开始就结束，所以我继续在黑暗中寻找希望……

一次次的失败，让我陷入深深的绝望之中。记得，那是一个冬日的下午，我漫无目的地游荡着，整个世界灰蒙蒙的一片。我像是一个即将要走近终点的旅人，麻木地看着路边的景色和继续远行的人们。时间仿佛停滞了，那些在暗夜中的挣扎与纠结，被折磨得终日无法安宁的灵魂，终于要在这一刻了结。这里，即将成为我的终点，有不舍，却让人无奈。于是，我买了生平第一包烟，吃过为自己准备的“最后的晚餐”，之后猛然用啤酒灌下早已准备好的药片。终于结束了，我不用再奋力挣扎，不用再被绝望吞噬，我的内心终于平静了……
