Author Description

刘勤学，女，博士，硕士生导师。2011年于北京师范大学心理学院获教育学博士（专业为发展与教育心理学）。现为华中师范大学心理学院教师，青少年网络心理与行为教育部重点实验室研究成员，湖北省青少年心理健康教育中心专家咨询师。熟练掌握家庭治疗、认知行为治疗等干预方法，具有丰富的临床实践经验。主要研究领域为发展心理学，关注家庭和婚姻对青少年健康发展的影响，聚焦青少年网络心理与行为，主持和参与10余项省部级和国家级项目，发表学术论文20多篇。担任Computersin Human Behavior，Cyberpsychology，Behaviorand Social Networking，Additive Behavior和心理发展与教育等多个杂志的审稿专家。2013年获朱志贤心理学奖。

《青少年网络心理研究丛书：青少年网络成瘾与家庭团体治疗》：
除此之外，也有研究者针对目前大多数均采用认知行为的方法来治疗网络成瘾的现状，提出了使用存在主义疗法来治疗，并认为存在主义具有其自身的优势。Didelot等人（2012）认为存在主义是较为适合用来治疗网络成瘾的方法。因为当个体联结到网络，登录facebook、myspace等网站，或者进行其他相关网络使用时，其实际上是逃离了真实的自我。个体可能是处于不同的原因来逃离真实的自我，但是成瘾性行为却是可以看作是个体对自我不满意或者自我拒绝的病理性结果。于是个体就会尝试填补空虚或者建立一个假的自我来作为补充，并带来自我认同的危机。而存在主义疗法可以很好地帮助个体重建自我认同，并强调合理健康地应对生活和网络所带来的矛盾。
上述研究者都提出了各自的治疗方法，但是大多为理论建构，或者治疗效果还有待迸一步的验证。目前我国针对网络成瘾青少年的个体干预主要集中在医疗系统，即面向前来医院就诊的个体。治疗方式分别是认知行为治疗的咨询干预、住院式的综合治疗等方式。
有研究者（杨容等，2005）报告了由临床心理咨询师采用认知行为治疗对住院青少年进行的干预研究，根据来访者人格特质、成瘾程度、进展情况不同分6～8次不等，每周进行1次，每次1～2小时。整个干预过程由诊断、治疗、结束三阶段组成，诊断阶段以药物治疗为主，治疗、结束阶段据进展情况逐渐加入认知行为的心理治疗。成瘾中学生治疗后，总成瘾程度及各因子评分均较治疗前明显下降，治疗前后差异显著，且治疗后SCL-90、SDS分数都有显著降低。而同样以认知行为治疗作为咨询干预理论针对网络成瘾门诊青少年的研究报告也发现实验组YDQ（修订Beard的网络成瘾诊断问卷）和CIAS总分较治疗前明显下降，CIAS量表各因子分均有下降，而且治疗后实验组YDQ、CIAS评分低于对照组：显效率为59.1%（26例），总有效率达88.6%（39例）（李庚，2009）。
此外，也有研究者尝试用音乐治疗的方法来帮助成瘾青少年。一个案例报告显示，经过每周1次，1次1个半小时，共3个半月的咨询后，来访者精神上恢复到以前状态，与父母可以互相理解，消极情绪减少，日常学习和生活比较正常（姚聪燕，2010）。
杨放如和郝伟（2005）采用焦点解决短期疗法对网络成瘾青少年进行心理社会综合干预，疗程3月，用网络成瘾诊断问卷（AD-DQ）、SCL-90症状自评量表评估其心理健康状况和临床疗效。在心理治疗开始阶段，与患者每周晤谈1次，每次时间不少于l小时，1个月后视患者改善情况改为每周或每2周晤谈1次。每次晤谈的治疗过程均书面记录，采取结构式治疗程序，主要包括：开场、陈述症状、讨论例外、使用奇迹提问、使用量表、中场休息、赞赏、布置家庭作业等SFBT常规技术。经治疗后，网络成瘾青少年的AD-DQ评分、上网时间较治疗前有明显下降，说明以焦点解决短期疗法为主的心理社会综合干预对网络成瘾青少年有一定效果。
