《四方丛书·小学课堂教学的创新性探索：厦门经验》：
3.结合课程目标与学生情况设计合理、有效的听力训练
即使是同样的教学内容，对于不同地区的学生来说，由于水平存在差异，也应该分别设计相应的听力训练内容。例如，教学“三角形的三边关系”时，教师通过音频的方式来传递数字信息：“判断以下三条线段能否组成一个三角形，3厘米、5厘米、7厘米。”这样的听力训练相对于图形或文字信息来说难度略有提高，因为学生缺乏实物的参照，且数据瞬间消失，需要学生记忆数字。因此，教师可根据本班学生的实际水平选择是否采用听力训练。再者，如果采用听力训练，在听力资源上也可以有所区别。在学生学习水平再高一些的班级中，可以将数据出现的速度加快，还可以把原本按从小到大排列的数字打乱变成“7厘米、3厘米、5厘米”。这样，学生不仅要接收信息，还要记忆信息，甚至要整理信息，最后进行信息加工判断与处理，其难度就提升了。可见，听力训练的内容只有结合课标以及考虑本班学生情况而制定，才能达到最佳训练效果。
显然，采用听力训练进行信息传递的难度提高了。教师在操作过程中容易拔高要求，增加学生负担的同时又无法达到效果。例如，这星期学习“20以内进位加法”，至少要三星期后才能进行这部分内容的听算练习。也就是听力训练内容要后置，确保学生绝大多数能够达标。当然，如果听力训练的内容严重低于学生认知能力，听力训练也无法达到预期效果。只有结合课程目标与学生情况，设计有针对性的听力训练才是有效的。
（三）课后听——用“听”放飞学生的创新与想象
1.家庭作业中进行听力训练的操作模式
除了在课堂上进行数学听力训练外，还可以把听力训练带人家中，尤其是听算。计算在小学阶段的数学学习中占有相当大的比重，它是学好数学很重要的一个部分。在如今我国的新课改背景下，学生的计算练习量不断减少，计算巩固水平和熟练水平也在不断下降。同时，也直接影响学生的思维水平发展，尤其是思维的敏捷性。如果将枯燥、繁琐的计算改成相对简单的听算，学生可以通过心算完成，那将有利于学生计算水平、思维水平的发展。
家庭听算的方式是，教师根据教学进度，合理安排每天3到5分钟的听算（大约25题）。将简单的口算录制成音频后，按单元打包让学生拷贝回家。每个学生家中只要有一个简单的音频播放设备就可以完成听算练习。同时，教师应每周发放一张听算登记表，让学生将听算结果记录下来。这个过程可以在学生每天回家后完成，也可以在每天起床后完成。由于时间短、任务轻，不会给学生带来过重的负担，却能够及时巩固学生的计算技能。另外，还有“睡前数学史料故事”的听力训练，也可以让学生根据自身实际情况选择性地进行。
2.家庭作业中进行听力训练的几个问题
将听力训练带回家中，还存在着一些问题和困难需要克服。
一是音频操作监管。学生在无人监管的情况下会按“暂停”，等完成解答后再继续播放。这就影响了听力训练的效果。因此，在听力训练的过程中要严格要求学生，鼓励他们从“跟不上”开始努力，争取早日跟上音频节奏。
二是难度选择。听力训练既要让学生保持一定的思考压力，又不能造成学生负担过重。听力训练设计各种不同难度的音频版本。教师应鼓励学生从最低难度开始尝试，如果觉得自己能够适应，再向高一难度版本挑战。
三是进度范围内的循环训练。由于听力题库的数量限制，学生往往在短时间内完成了听力训练。但是，教师应该鼓励学生进行循环训练。因为就数学学科而言，尤其是计算类训练，这样的循环训练完全不影响训练的效果。
（四）重评价——让“听”成为学生喜爱的数学学习方式
学生喜爱的学习方式才是最好的方式。听力训练本身就受到学生的欢迎，如果能配合有效的评价，就更具有导向功能，引导孩子真正学会用耳朵听数学。听力训练的评价应当是全面的。因为听力训练除了对与错之外，还需要关注学生是否听得专注、听得全面、听出语音背后的数学思想方法等。
1.重视过程性评价
数学听力训练与常规数学练习相比，最大的区别在于其过程可见、可检、可评。由于进行听力训练的主要目的是促进学生的数学思维的发展和数学学习品质的形成，因此，关注学生的训练过程并进行适时的评价是十分重要的。也就是说，教师不能只关注学生听力训练的结果是否正确，同时还要关注听力训练过程的其他因素。教师可以尝试在听力训练过程中观察学生的表情、眼神和动作，以此判断学生是否专注；可以通过询问与训练原问题不相关的细节，来评判学生是否听得深入、仔细；也可以通过交流，听一听听力训练后学生的感受，判断他们是否还从中品味到其他乐趣。这些评价将直接影响学生今后的听力训练，并间接改变他们的学习习惯和思维品质。
