Author Description

郑玉巧，1982年毕业于承德医学院医疗系，从事医疗工作30年，长期的一线工作积累了丰富的临床经验。在儿科危急重症的诊治和保健、妇产科合并内科疾病的诊治方面有较深的造诣。2006年起任中国人民解放军第二炮兵总医院特需专家、儿科主任医师。2011年创办二炮总医院儿童医学喂养中心。2012年创办郑玉巧育儿中心。
在国家专业刊物上发表学术论文十余篇，获省级科技成果奖三项，市级科技进步一等奖两项，二等奖一项，三等奖一项。一份研究报告获第11届国际新生儿大会宣读权。1997年始为多家母婴杂志撰写育儿科普文章，字数累计超过百万。为5家媒体出任孕产育儿咨询专家，回答来自全球的咨询超过近十万条。2002年始创作育儿科普著作。2004年出版《郑玉巧育儿经?婴儿卷》。2007年出版《郑玉巧育儿经?胎儿卷?幼儿卷》。2010年出版《郑玉巧给宝宝看病》、《郑玉巧教妈妈喂养》。科学的育儿理念和方法受到业内人士和众多父母的一致好评。

第一篇新生儿期（第1个月）
概述
·乳类食物是6个月以内婴儿最重要的营养来源，除了乳类食物，不需要吃任何其他种类的食物。
·首选母乳喂养，母乳不足时选择母乳与配方奶混合喂养(简称混合喂养)。只有完全没有母乳或不能母乳喂养，才选择婴儿配方奶喂养。
·婴儿配方奶是最佳母乳替代食物。虽然配方奶成分接近母乳，但最好的配方奶也不能和母乳相媲美。
·不要选择鲜牛奶、鲜羊奶、米汤、豆浆、面糊等不科学和陈旧的喂养方式。
·如果宝宝是配方奶喂养，在新生儿出生一周内不要喂全奶，要稀释成3：1奶(3份全奶液，1份水)。
·新生儿白天睡眠时间超过4小时，夜间超过6小时，必须唤醒喂奶。
·新生儿期最好每天测量体重。体重增长情况是衡量喂养好坏的重要指标。
·纠正月子中集中过量进食、蔬菜水果摄取不足和过量摄取单一食品(如鸡蛋)的不良饮食习惯。
·多吃海产品以补充DHA。如果妈妈或宝宝对海产品过敏，妈妈也不能喝含有DHA的配方奶，需补充DHA胶丸，每天1粒。
·哺乳期妈妈需要适当运动和户外活动(晒太阳获取维生素D)，适当控制高油脂、高热量、高糖食物，避免生育性肥胖。
·要想乳汁多，只重视吃喝是不够的，更重要的是愉快的心情、充足的睡眠、频繁喂奶。
·宝宝出生最初1周，妈妈的乳汁可能很少，让宝宝频繁吸吮，这一周体重不升是正常的，不要轻易给宝宝喂配方奶。

无数的喂养问题困扰着爸爸妈妈，给养育宝宝的快乐生活蒙上了一层阴影。然而，在大量关于喂养的咨询中，很少是宝宝真的出了问题。要解决宝宝的喂养问题，首先要解决爸爸妈妈认识上的问题。
乳汁不足的妈妈越来越多，宝宝6个月以内纯母乳喂养率越来越低……诚然，并不是所有的妈妈都能有充足的乳汁喂养自己的宝宝，但绝大多数宝宝在前6个月都应该从妈妈那里获得充足的乳汁，而事实是有将近一半的宝宝需要混合喂养。是什么原因使得混合喂养率越来越高呢？原因有很多，最主要的原因是妈妈缺乏用母乳喂养宝宝的信心，同时又有唾手可得的配方奶。
混合喂养率的增加派生出宝宝厌食配方奶的问题，结果就出现了宝宝睡得迷迷糊糊的时候喝奶的情形，喂奶成了最难的事。要想不出现这样的问题，妈妈从一开始就不要使出这样的招数。良好的习惯是后天养成的，不良的习惯也是后天养成的。养成不良习惯很容易，改掉不良习惯就不是那么容易了。
把母乳挤出来用奶瓶喂已经不再罕见，如果把这个问题也归因于宝宝，那宝宝实在是冤枉。吸吮妈妈的乳头应该是宝宝最惬意的事，宝宝怎么会拒绝呢？如果妈妈一喂奶宝宝就哭，妈妈不要首先想到宝宝出了什么问题，而是要想：给宝宝准备好乳头了吗？喂奶的姿势是否正确？宝宝是否能够舒舒服服地吸吮？妈妈要有信心，相信自己能够用自己的乳头喂养宝宝，就不会有用奶瓶喂母乳的现象了。
越来越多的宝宝不喝白水，这并不奇怪，喜食甜食是宝宝的天性，天性被调动起来，想压抑下去就不容易了。出生后宝宝喝的几乎都是甜的，配方奶是甜的，补钙水是甜的，还有果汁、胡萝卜汁也是甜的，甚至连药也是甜的，宝宝怎么会喜欢喝没滋没味的白水呢？
有的宝宝喜欢吃饭菜，有的宝宝喜欢喝奶，有的宝宝什么都喜欢吃，有的宝宝什么都不喜欢吃。在不喜欢吃的宝宝中，真正有病的不多，大多是喂养不当导致的。在宝宝还不能用语言表达时，我们无从获取宝宝不吃的真正原因。其实，如果宝宝没病，爸爸妈妈不要煞费苦心地寻找不吃的原因，而应该把精力放在寻找宝宝喜欢吃的食物上。有些所谓的不好好吃饭菜的宝宝，其实吃得很正常，只是不符合妈妈的要求而已。尊重宝宝对食物种类和食量的选择，是避免宝宝厌食的重要环节。
