《京瓷哲学》一书首次公开了盛和塾（稻盛和夫创建的培训经营者的机构）不为人知的内部资料，更是稻盛和夫经典著作《活法》的原点。本书收录了1998年到2000年期间，稻盛和夫给盛和塾塾生授课的讲话稿。今年正直京瓷公司成立55周年，在广大塾生的强烈建议下，稻盛和夫将公司经营的秘诀倾囊相授给广大读者。

Author Description

稻盛和夫，1932年出生于日本鹿儿岛。毕业于鹿儿岛大学工学部。1959年创办京都陶瓷株式会社（现在的京瓷公司）。1984年创办第二电电株式会社（现名KDDI，是仅次于日本NTT的第二大通信公司）。这两家企业都进入过世界500强。2010年出任日本航空株式会社会长，仅仅一年就让破产重建的日航大幅度扭亏为盈，并创造了日航历史上较高的利润。这个利润也是当年全世界航空企业中的较高利润。现任京瓷和日航名誉会长，KDDI顾问。1983年创办盛和塾，向企业家塾生义务传授经营哲学，现在全世界的盛和塾塾生已超过9000人。1984年创立“稻盛财团”，同年创设“京都奖”，被誉为“亚洲诺贝尔奖”。

Introduction

1959年，一群赏识我技术能力的人向我提供支援，并帮助我创立了京瓷公司。创业伊始的京瓷是一家资本金300万日元、员工28人的小公司。连公司用房都是租借的。
刚刚创立后，京瓷就立即遇到了诸多问题。而每当遇到问题时，员工总会接二连三地要求我做出裁决。当时的我，只要判断稍有失误，就可能会让襁褓中的公司陷入危机，使员工流落街头。于是，对于公司经营既无经验又无知识的我，开始绞尽脑汁地思索“要怎样才能做出正确判断？要怎样才能让公司持续发展？”
经过苦苦思索，我得出了一个结论——首先要问自己“作为人，何谓正确？”一旦认定是正确的，就毫不动摇地贯彻到底。大家小时候，学校老师和自己父母肯定教过你那些平常的、原始的伦理观。比如“莫贪心”“莫欺骗”“莫说谎”“要诚实”等。我把这些最为稀松平常的伦理观作为判断一切事物的准绳。
这样的判断基准似乎过于单纯，但它正是能够看清事物本质、做出正确判断的方法。而且，其适用范围不仅局限于日常的工作及经营，而且适用于人生中的万事万物，可谓是“放之四海而皆准”的原理原则。
我经常自问“作为人，何谓正确？”并坚持认真工作和经营。在贯彻这样的人生态度的过程中，我领悟出了“京瓷哲学”，也就是本书的标题。
正是因为有了如此明快的判断基准，在过去的半个世纪里，我才能在经营京瓷、KDDI以及日本航空的过程中做到判断正确，从而使各公司发展成长。如今的我虽然已近82岁高龄，但回顾过去的人生，我感到幸福满足、精彩纷呈。这也多亏了“京瓷哲学”这盏明灯，使我在人生的各个重要阶段做出了正确的决断。
不仅仅是我，许多读者也来信，表达他们在读完《活法》（以“京瓷哲学”为基础而写成的书籍，中文版本已由东方出版社出版。）之后自己的喜悦之情：“（该书）使我从人生的痛苦和烦恼中解脱出来，点燃了我的梦想与希望。”可见，这种把“作为人，何谓正确？”作为通用判断基准的经营哲学不受行业的局限，它不仅是企业成长发展的基石，还能够作为一种人生哲学，成为使众人度过幸福人生的精神食粮。
本书的内容基于京瓷的员工手册——《京瓷哲学手册》，该手册对“京瓷哲学”的内容进行了概括总结，以供员工学习之用。而在本书中，针对原手册中的每个条目，我会进行具体解说。
本书原本是我从1998年秋季到2000年春季这段时间内的盛和塾讲话记录。在总计16次的演讲中，我以年轻企业家为对象，讲解了经营企业的方式方法。而这些讲话内容之后被编辑成册，作为京瓷公司的内部教材使用。后来在盛和塾塾生的强烈要求下，2009年，以《京瓷哲学：人生与经营的原点》为标题，作为盛和塾的内部读物，由盛和塾事务局面向塾生出版发行。
于是，许多塾生表示“通过该读物，我和下属员工们一起学到了经营企业和度过人生的正确方式”，而随着塾生的宣传，该读物渐渐被社会大众所知，不仅在企业经营者当中，在其他各行各业的人当中，要求公开出版发行《京瓷哲学：人生与经营的原点》的呼声也日渐高涨。
今年正值京瓷公司创立55周年，之前作为公司“至宝”、除了盛和塾“拒不外传”的京瓷哲学，我觉得是时候把它贡献给社会大众了。我希望越来越多的人能把它运用于人生及企业经营中，也希望这样的举措能够为我一直所倡导的“为社会为世人做奉献”的宗旨起到微薄的宣传作用。此外，我认为这或许正是成长至今的京瓷公司对于社会的一种回报方式。
本书《京瓷哲学：人生与经营的原点》是我的“想法”和“活法”的原点。汇集了我八十多年来的经营活动和人生旅程的精华。我衷心希望本书不仅对商业人士能起到帮助，还能对其他各行各业的人们，譬如教师、学生甚至家庭主妇起到“人生指南”的作用。祝愿本书能够帮助各位读者获得充实的经营成果和人生收获。
