记忆力是我们储存及抽取资讯的能力，学习一些记忆的技巧，则更有助于增强你的记忆力，以便于你更容易记住你所观察的事物，并在你的脑海中长时间的保持。
首先，你可以先了解一下记忆的三大系统：
1．感官记忆
感官记忆指保留住你感官立即接收到的资讯、视觉、听觉、嗅觉、味觉和触觉，会将讯息传至大脑。感官记忆是稍纵即逝的，前一个印象在几秒种之后很快被新的印象所取代。
2．短期记忆（STM）
短期记忆，指暂时保留资讯，为时约20到30分钟，除非你继续练习，否则你无法长久保存资讯，有些STM的项目会传达到长期记忆中。
3．长期记忆（LTM）
长期记忆，是保留进一步处理过的资讯，且能储存大量的资讯，储存在LTM的资讯可维持数分钟，甚至终生不忘。
