长安校车依托成熟的总成设计技术优势为小学生和幼儿园的孩子精心设计安全、可靠、舒适的校车产品。按照国家相关要求，长安校车均通过了要求苛刻的俱实验及座椅安全碰撞实验。从车身到底盘，从主动安全到被动安全．全力打造“360度的安全之家”。①整车采用凸头设计。根据国家最新校车标准要求，前纵置发动机第一缸和第二缸的中心线位于前风窗玻璃最前点以前，这种设计大大增加了车前部碰撞时的缓冲区和变形吸能区，安全系数更高。②身骨架特殊强化设计。车身采用封闭环顶棚、侧围、地板骨架强化设计，车周圈设置防翻钢梁，车身前、后保险杠采用双层结构，加厚钢板防护梁，效降低意外撞击造成的伤害，最大限度地保证车身的刚度和强度，提高校车安全性。③前后装有横向稳定杆以增加顷刚度，减小侧倾角，使车辆更加耳稳、安全。④整车采用醒目的黄色面漆和粘贴反光板设计，在任何环境下保词校车处于醒目的重要地位。⑤驾驶员视野360。无盲区设计，无盲区后视镜成+倒车监视系统，保证司机在任何时候都能观察到车身周围及车内所有状况，避免因观察盲区导致安全事故发生。⑥车身面设有警示标志及自动停车臂，车顶四周设有安全警示灯，车尾安装倒车摄像头，车体全金属防护，全面保证学生乘坐的安全。⑦人性化设计。严格按照国家对校车座椅要求，根据人体学，制定适合幼儿园及小学生的标准校车座椅，并通过了极为苛刻的“座椅碰撞实验”，确保在车辆发生碰撞时学生的安全。车内护栏全部软化设计，每个座位上均装有安全带，根据校车座位数设置合适的监护人员座椅，保证所有孩子都能在老师的监护下安全乘坐。⑧校车安全配置齐全ABS、盘式刹车有效控制制动距离；配置GPS行车记录仪，以及视频监控，可监控开门学生上下车、停车定位查询、超速违规行驶等；还配备了安全电子系统、结构安全系统、车门空气质量和长安INCALL智能校车管理系统。后围安全门，车内急救箱配置，出现危险，及时疏散学生，并提供必要的医护条件。发动机舱内设置自动灭火器，内饰均采用高阻燃材料；司机及照管人员附近分别安装手提式干粉灭火器；底盘线束采用耐125℃高温。为避免油箱受到撞击使燃油泄漏或起火，设计了强度很高的油箱防护总成。P114-117
