有个地区对当地监狱的成年犯人做过一项调查，发现了一个惊人的事实：这些不幸的男女犯人之所以沦落到监狱中，有90％的人是因为他们缺乏必要的自制能力，太过情绪化。情绪化很容易谋杀掉一个人的幸福。它是带针刺的长矛，锋利无比而又以刁钻的无法抗拒的角度穿过心灵，毫无预兆地吞噬掉美好的事物，并带给入以绵延不绝的心理压力。让我们看看下面这个例子吧！
