葛坚编著的《临床青光眼(第3版)(精)》是中山大学中山眼科中心青光眼防治中心全体同仁合作的成果，是在已故周文炳教授主编第2版《临床青光眼》基础上，历时5年多再版而成。中山眼科中心青光眼团队在当时特别将前房角镜、眼底神经纤维层厚度测量以及20世纪90年代时兴起和成熟的激光手术、青光眼病人追踪随访等内容创新性地加入第2版《临床青光眼》中，确立了诊断、治疗和随访青光眼的规范流程。本书承袭“基本的才是重要的”这一临床思想，在传承前人基础上，第3版《临床青光眼》涵盖了实用的青光眼诊疗方法，同时突出体现当下学科前沿发展的焦点热点内容。参与第3版的编者都是长期在临床工作的专家学者，他们对自己熟悉的领域有着丰富的经验和独到的见解，愿本书的出版能给读者带来些许有用的知识和经验。
Author Description

葛坚，教授，医学博士、二级教授、博士研究生导师；国家973项目首席科学家；中华医学会眼科学分会名誉主任委员；中国医师协会眼科学分会副主任委员；广东省医师协会眼科学分会主任委员：中华眼科学会青光眼学组前任组长；亚太青光眼学会常务理事；眼科学国家重点实验室终身名誉主任。在青光眼诊治、白内障超声乳化与眼内镜激光治疗疑难青光眼、干细胞研究、近视眼防治等方面有很高的造诣。所领导的团队相继获得了973计划(首席科学家)、国家自然科学基金重点项目、863重大专项、卫生部临床重点学科项目、教育部科学技术研究重大项目等多项基金的资助，获得国家科技进步二等奖、教育部及广东省科技进步一等奖等奖项十余次。截至目前，单独或与他人合作发表论文330篇，其中SCI收录论文130余篇。现任《眼科学报》主编，《中华眼科杂志》及《中华实验眼科杂志》副总编。主编卫生部规划七年制以及八年制《眼科学》教材、教育部五年制《眼科学》教材和《现代青光眼研究进展》。已培养博士研究生71名，已出站博士后8名，其中17人次获得国家自然科学基金，1人获得全国百篇**博士论文奖。分别获得“中华眼科杰出成就奖”、“中国医师奖”、亚太眼科学会“杰出服务奖”、中美眼科学会“金钥匙奖”，澳大利亚政府“杰出创新奖”(ExcellenceinInnovation)，等荣誉。
