生活中，不少人原本好好的身体，没有任何疾病的征兆，突然就觉得浑身不舒服了，肢体困重，四肢疲惫乏力，而且还伴有皮肤瘙痒、湿疹等症，如果你出现了这样的症状，那么“恭喜你”——你已经被湿邪缠住了。

生病或是湿热邪气在作祟

生病，不管是感冒发热，还是胃痛胃炎，大家都不陌生，你也肯定知道，这些病症绝不是无端出现的。那么到底是由什么所致的呢？大家可能说法各异，比如穿脱衣服不及时伤风着凉了、吃坏东西了、饮食不规律等，不过现在我要跟大家说的是，不管你生了什么病，其病因都不外乎“病邪”。

什么是病邪？大家可能觉得有些深奥、难以理解，其实病邪简单说就是六种气——风、热、暑、湿、燥、寒。这六种气原本是存在于自然界的，正常状态下，人体与这六种气是“和平共处”的，只有当这六种气超出了人体所能承受的范围时，才成为导致人生病的病邪。在这六种邪气中，最难缠的要属湿邪了。有句古话：“千寒易除，一湿难去。湿性黏浊，如油入面。”最常见的风寒感冒，我们只要及时保暖，或吃些驱寒的药物，就能好转。但寒邪容易去，湿邪却不像寒邪

那么好对付，“湿性黏浊，如油入面”，这句话说出了湿邪的特点，那种黏浊就像油和面相混合，很难将油再从面中分离出去，这也说明了湿邪一旦侵袭身体，很难除去。

不除湿热邪，进补无益

如今人们都非常注重养生，因此很多朋友开始搜寻补益的方法，购买大量的补品。但是如果体内有湿邪，就算吃再多的补品、补药，也只能是隔靴搔痒，起不到任何效果。如今很多的常见病，比如脂肪肝、高血压、心脑血管，甚至恶性肿瘤等，都跟湿邪有着密切的关系。
