Author Description

罗伊·马丁纳（Roy Martina），荷兰的医学博士，另类医学专家，真正懂得身心平衡的实修者。一九五三年出生于荷属安地列斯群岛的古拉索岛，一九七八年获乌得勒支大学医学博士。此后他的研究领域从主流西医转向自然疗法，以另类医疗专家资格，在荷兰、瑞士、美国、加勒比和意大利等地执业，并在荷兰和德国设立马丁纳学院，教导令身心灵健康的预防医学。撰写了四十多本关于健康、生命活力、灵性成长、减重与营养方面的著作。
目前他定居于佛罗里达州，但多数时间旅居世界各地授课，也曾多次应邀来中国。

只要我们没有克服对无条件的爱的恐惧，没有将自己最基本的需求和情绪加以转化，就会选择受苦、疾病和低落的生命质量。疗愈灵魂是唯一的路。我们可以长期利用自由意志，继续因选择短期解决方案，而付出长期伤害的代价，例如因为青春痘而服用荷尔蒙，因为疼痛而服用止痛药，因为感染而服用抗生素，因为神经质和压力而服用镇定剂，为了逃避而嗑药，为了感觉良好而抽烟，为了忘却、不愿面对和压抑情绪而喝酒，为了维持和睦而撒谎，因为害怕被拒绝而牺牲自己，用奢侈品让自己平静下来。不过这一切都是无效的，而且甚至有害。
你不能说要保持灵性，却还是继续抽烟，那不叫做勇敢面对疼痛，而是愚弄自己。你允许自己的身体被控制，你继续逃避，表现得像个婴儿。
