Price Protection Policy
Yami always strive to provide our customers with the best value and service. To protect our customers’ interests Yami offers our customers with both Price Protection and Price Match (limitations apply, see below):
Price Protection Policy
Should Yami’s price change within 7 days of purchase, or before your order is delivered, your order is eligible for Price Protection( limitations apply). Please note that Price Protection only applies to items sold and shipped by Yami, and does not include any 3rd party seller products.
Instruction and eligibility to submit Price Protection request:
● If the price of the goods decreases within 7 days of purchase or prior to receiving the package, your order may be eligible for Price Protection:

৹ Please provide us with your order information, name of the product eligible for Price Protection, and any promotional code related. The final price (after discounts) will be used for price protection.
৹ If the Price Protection is approved, refund will be issued back to the original form of payment of the order in the following order - Gift cards, Yami Points, original payment method.
৹ Price Protection processing time is 1-3 business days after submission.
৹ Once refund is issued, it may take up to 3-5 business days to process.
● If the price of goods decreases past 7 days, but within 14 days of purchase, your order may be eligible for Price Protection in terms of Yami Points or Promotional Gift Cards.
Limitations apply:
● Only items sold and shipped by Yami qualify Price Protection.
● Yami’s Marketplace sellers’ items are not eligible for Price Protection.
● Only valid order qualifies for Price Protection. Cancelled, voided orders for any reason, or returned orders are not eligible for Price Protection.
● Replacement orders, flash sale orders and B2B orders are not eligible for Price Protection.
● Items no longer in stock are not eligible for Price Protection.
● Flash sale, limited sale and clearance are not eligible for Price Protection.
● Combo, bundle, free gift items, and perishable products are not eligible for Price Protection.
● Orders with abnormal order status due to system or security issues are not eligible for Price Protection.
● Items with price errors are not eligible for Price Protection.
● Items with special terms and condition are not eligible for Price Protection.
● Limited major holiday sales and shopping sales event prices are not eligible for Price Protection. Sales and promotions including but not limited to:

Price Match Policy
Yami put forth our best effort to provide our customers with competitive pricing, and the best value on the market. If you find another qualifying( limitations apply*) US retail website with a better pricing than Yami, we will gladly match it.
Instruction to submit Price Match request:
STEP 1 Submit Price Match Request
Make sure the price match item is the exact same make and model on both the competitor and Yami. Email the following required information to help@yamibuy.com
● Your order number
● Product name
● Product URL link on the competitor’s site
● Price of product on The competitor’s site
STEP 2 Price Match Request Processing
● Yami Customer Service will review your request within 1-3 business days
● If promo codes were used, and points, gifts or gift cards received when you purchase the item, the price difference will be calculated by the actual purchase amount and minus the proportionate value of the gifts, points or gift card, and not the current listed amount.
● We’ll refund the difference accordingly if your order qualifies price match. The difference will be refunded to the original form of payment in the following order: Gift cards, Yami Points, original payment method.
● Refund may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
Limitations apply*:
● The product must be the exact same make and model as Yami’s.
● Damaged, Used, or Refurbished items are not eligible for Price Match.
● Yami’s Marketplace Sellers’ items are not eligible for Price Match.
● Price Match must be with a retail website within the United States.
● Price Match is only with the item’s retail price. Flash Sale, Limited Time Sale, Limited Quantity Sale prices, combo or bundle deals, and clearance sale are not eligible.
● Item price compared must be sold and ship by the retailer. 3rd party sellers such as Amazon Marketplace seller, Newegg Marketplace seller, eBay seller, and etc. are not eligible.
● Price Match item must be “In Stock”, without any quantity limit on both the retailer’s site.
● The original sale price of goods is not less than the purchase price of Yami.
● If the retailer’s price is listed in error, it is not eligible for Price Match.
● Membership pricing, or exclusive pricing are not eligible for Price Match.
● Auction prices are not eligible for Price Match.
● Only quantity of one can be price matched, per item, per order, per account, and per household.
● Price Match request has to be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
● Prices during major holiday promotions are not eligible, including but not limited to:

If there are any dispute regarding Price Match terms and qualification that is not listed in this policy, Yamibuy reserved the rights to honor or decline a request at its sole discretion.
