# 2021赏月计划 ## 温暖小厨房 #
Yuan Xian spicy hot pot powder , authentic Chengdu old flavor, ready in five minutes .
🍲Production method:
1. Kung Fu Blackfish fillets are thawed in cold storage.
2. Rinse and drain slices of fresh mushrooms
3. Long lettuce is washed and broken into small pieces, then drain, spread and put into a large bowl.
4. The sweet potato flour should be boiled in boiling water for about three minutes.
5. Add fresh mushroom slices and bring to the boil again.
6. Sprinkle kungfu black fish fillet evenly and turn off the heat after boiling for one minute.
7. Put the two packets of seasoning from the hot pot powder into the pot and mix well
8. Pour the whole pot of soup into a large bowl with lettuce
9. Add a little coriander and chopped onions.
