RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with a Yamibuy.com purchase for any reason, please read through the following returns & exchanges policy.
1. If the goods are faulty
If you think that the product is wrong, expired, missing, or damaged, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of the delivery date (Late will not be accepted). Along with the call, please email email@example.com with the original order recipe and a clear image of the fault items (Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods).
2. Beauty & cosmetics
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the unused/ unopened/ undamaged portion for refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date (Late will not be accepted). Exchanges or returns are not accepted due to allergy reaction, please do skin test before putting on the beauty products. Exchange or return is only allowed with original package, unopened and undamaged. We are unable to offer Merchandise Return Label unless it is a fault item. If you have questions or need assistance with your return, please contact us at 1-800-407-9710.
NOTE: We will charge the shipping fee $5.99 when your order is less than $35(before tax) after the refund.
3. Snacks & food
Exchanges or returns are not accepted unless it is a fault item (opened, damaged, expired, or wrong item). We are not responsible for exchanges or returns due to some uncontrollable damage during the shipping process, for instance,
1. Products that contains chocolate might melt in the heat during the shipping process.
2. Products in cans or soft packaging might be out of the shape during the shipping process. (Please be aware of these situation, even though it won’t affect the original taste of the products, and we will try our best to wrap the product so it will not be damaged physically).
NOTE: Exchanges or returns are not accepted due to allergy reaction.
4. Electronics & Appliance
1) Joyong Appliance
Most technical issues can be fixed through phone calls with the Joyong Technical Support. If the problem cannot be fix with a phone call, you need to send the product to Joyong Technical Support, and shipping fee will not be included until the product is fixed and return back to you. If there are further questions, please contact the Joyong technical support team 1-888-968-8898.
2) Sunpentown Appliance
Sunpentown International Inc. comes with a ONE-YEAR warranty. Defective products may be sent back by the original purchaser or any subsequent owner within the warranty period, with proof of purchase date to Sunpentown Int'l. Defective products will be repaired or replaced, at manufacturer's discretion, free of charge. All replacement parts or units will be new or reconditioned. Parts or units, which are replaced, become the property of Sunpentown. Warranty after repair or replacement will not be extended beyond the original one-year period.
What is NOT COVERED:
· Warranty does not include freight charges.
· Damage due to installation error, product abuse and/or misuse.
· Incidental or consequential damage caused by possible defects with this product.
· Labor cost incurred for the installation and/or removal of a possible defective unit.
· Damage to product caused by improper power supply voltage, accident, fire, floods or acts of nature.
· Failure of product resulting from unauthorized modifications to the product.
· Improper installation or failure to perform the necessary maintenance.
· Normal wear and tear on parts or replacement of parts designed to be replaced.
· Damage to personal property from use of product.
· Replacement or repair of household fuses, circuit breakers, wiring or plumbing. If you have service or repair questions:

3) Sonya Appliance
Sonya Appliance comes with one - year manufacture warranty.
Within 30 days of receipt（receiving your appliance), merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund if the item to be materially defective. Please email email@example.com before contacting Yamibuy’s customer service if the product is damages. Once the merchandise is identified to be defect, Sonya will provide customer a RMA NO. and authorize Yamibuy to help customer with the return for replacement or refund service.
After 30 days of receipt, any service inquiries, please directly contact Sonya Service Center. Sonya customer service representatives will try their best to provide customers with the service support and help customers to work out the issue. Generally, within the warranty coverage, Sonya can provide customers the parts and technical tips with NO charges.
Sonya can provide customers the repairing service. if the product cannot be fix, we would ask customer to ship the product to Sonya Repairing Center. Sonya will be responsible for parts and labor repair coverage where the customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses.
NOTE: Sonya is not responsible for any shipping expenses and any damage due to carrier negligence during the shipping.

4) Other Appliance
Automatically includes a ONE-YEAR warranty.
1. Within 30 days of receipt, merchandise can be return for exchange or refund.
2. After 30 days of receipt, Yamibuy will provide technically assistance for any defective issue.
Please contact Yamibuy customer service to receive a “Return label” before mailing the product to Yamibuy. In the return item, please include pictures that describe the damages of the item. Customer service will inform customers when your return is processed. Please allow 7-10 days to process return and credit transactions.
NOTE: Make sure to contact our customer service team before any returning actions, and make sure to include pictures and descriptions of what is damaged in the return item. Customers are responsible for the shipping if you forget to send us all contents.
STEPS TO RETURN THE APPLIANCE
STEP 1. Applications
A return request must be submitted within 7 business days upon receipt of shipment. Customers are required to send clear images of the item(s) / merchandise and packages to email@example.com.
STEP 2. Review
Yamibuy Customers Service Specialist will review the return request and will notify the customer of approval or denial and instructions on how to proceed.
STEP 3. Shipping
Please follow the instructions from Yamibuy Customers Service Specialist and return the item(s) /merchandise. (Unused and in new condition with all of the original packaging and accessories).

NOTE: The exchange or return Lable wil not be covered unless the item is a fault.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as the customer ordered incorrect item(s) /merchandise, or the customer wants to return for no reason, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to Yamibuy.com’s reason, such as we shipped the incorrect item(s) / merchandise or the item(s) / merchandise was damaged upon arrival, Yamibuy.com will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
STEP 4. Refund
Yamibuy Customers Service Specialist will inspect and process the customer’s return when the package is received. Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days. Thank you for shopping with Yamibuy.
